We concentrate on buying the CHEAPEST LOTS in the fastest growing communities.
We have two ways that you can buy from us...
Our MAIN business is offering lots in the fastest selling areas of Florida,
They're priced competitively, at or near the bottom of the MLS marketplace.
We have about 2000 lots that we have purchased ahead of the price curve,
We have these builders lots listed with a specific realtor in each area,
and you can view them here on my website.
I can provide all information on these lots and you are welcome to visit any of the lots on your own.

If you require the assistance of a Realtor, I can refer you to one, and they would be happy to meet with you, and explain all of the different areas and supply you with maps and directions to our lots, and they'll spend as much time as necessary to help you select the very best lots for your money.

The other side of our business is designed to supply to the
WHOLESALE buyers. We are in contact with literally thousands of land owners
And we purchase properties everyday for low prices.
Some people DON'T REALIZE how much the lots have increased in value recently. For example; If a person purchased a lot last year for $7k
And they get an offer from us to buy it for $14k; a lot of people will jump at this, and sell it to us, not realizing that the lots are already selling in the mid 20's.
We get 50-100 new lots per day. In many different States, which we have already researched and determined they show growth and new development.
We try to close on all of them for ourselves, And then we list them on MLS as described before, and sometimes we get full price offers right away…but they typically sell within a few months.
The excess lots we flip to our better investors with NO MARK-UP...
only an assignment fee is added.
You don't actually have to pay us for your lot until you close which takes about 30-45 days
But the lots keep going up in value quickly.
The difference between the two ways that we sell is,
When you buy from the lots that we already own, you might go through one of the realtors,
You may actually go see the lot and touch it and feel it, then choose the very best lot for your money.
But when you buy WHOLESALE you don't get as much information,
except for something like "hey I just picked up a good deal, where the lots are selling from
20k and up, I just picked one up for 10k plus 3k for us, do you want it?"
Which way do you think that you would prefer?
Each day we enter all of the new buys from the day before into our system,
And all you have to do is call me, and I'll let you know what just came in, then you can just let me know which ones that you want.
We'll prepare an assignment of contract for you, which you sign and fax back to us, then we will forward the paperwork to a title company for you to deal directly with until you close.
Once you close, we can help get them listed on MLS for you, along side ours, so that they sell quickly.
All we ask is that when you make money that you continue to buy more lots from us...most everyone does.
